酒店是长沙老牌四星级涉外饭店。地理位置绝佳，地处长沙五一大道、火车站黄金地段，酒店步行到袁家岭地铁站仅需两分钟时间，前往高铁站和黄花机场及市内各大景点均十分方便。硬件设施比较完备，尽管部分客房设备略显陈旧，但是能够满足客人的多种需求，提供剪刀，订书器，体重秤，多用手机充电器等，还有每天赠送给客人一个水果篮……，令客人倍感贴心。酒店自助早餐也品种丰富，美味可口，唯一美中不足是西式糕点种类较少。酒店软件也是一流的，员工服务认真负责、待人热情礼貌，客服陈大姐不厌其烦地向宾客介绍酒店情况，力争为客人排忧解难，让人有宾至如归之感。总之，第一次入住芙蓉华天给人留下了深刻印象，酒店管理规范、员工素质一流，体现了老牌四星级酒店的底蕴和应有的水准。下次来长沙，继续入住芙蓉华天酒店！
