地理位置好，价格便宜，卫生也不错，性价比高。主要的不足就是设备比较老旧了，热水器有一些噪音，房屋墙角有许多小洞。

房间整体还不错，卫生情况较好，地理位置也不错，离湖南中医药大学比较近。周边的餐饮也比较多，楼下就是横店影城，还不错。

位置不错，环境也很好，就是热水器有些旧了，电视是新换的，性价比高！价格很便宜，算是大学附近比较便宜，环境也比较好的了。
