无法停车，只能抢停车位或自己出钱一晚上20元停车，酒店位置不好，在很小的侧路上，还是一个车道的单行路，酒店环境一般，房间较小，窗户无法关闭，热水忽冷忽热，设施陈旧，USB插座无法给手机充电，体验感较差，前台操作不熟练，两个接待两种说法和要求。

刚入住的时候房间里一进去一股异味 类似厕所那种异味 但但大致上还算干净 之后下午出去晚上回酒店一开房间的灯天花板上两个很长触角的虫从面前掉下来 在床上到处爬床上还有衣服 爬到衣服里 半夜三更又换床单被套 还要到处检查别的地方有没有虫子 会随时掉下来 折腾了半天影响休息 真是体验极差 第一次碰到酒店有虫子 可见酒店卫生环境情况 一晚上也没睡好担心随时有虫子可能掉脸上 难得来一次长沙旅游真是什么心情都没有了

酒店服务性价比很高，注重客户体验，前台萌萌。小汤圆，宝宝，芝芝都很热情。重点表扬大姐，客房服务员很热情，晚上就把白天送洗的衣物送来了，当然硬件方面噪音方便正在改善当中。软件服务是很到位的。楼道装修也很好。

相当棒的酒店，设计很用心。服务也很好，有什么需要扫码直接说就可以了。除了位置对于外地人来说不太显眼不太好找。其他都很棒
