二个字“极差”…它们家的“国际酒店”真让我大跌眼镜，真是不配，无论设施与员工素养都让人觉得上当受骗。 前台接待人员个别态度极差，经理解释说这个人员快离职了，我想问问你要离职跟顾客有什么关系，竟然你在你的岗位上是不是应该遵守岗位职责？还有就是酒店要停电竟然我中午订的房间我到晚上快十点才到酒店，都没有人告知过我，我想问问我大老远跑来就是跟你闹着完的吗？就这么一件小事处理了三次，我也是真心无言，说的话就是放屁，每次交接班都不交代事宜，每天早上续费还得一次又一次的去说缘由，竟然第二天碰到***服务员说：“你可以拿着行李办理退房，我有权拒绝给您续房。”一听我也只能呵呵了，对于这种人还可以出来做服务行业我也是刮目相看。说多也是假，这是真实感受想体验别具一番的服务请快去入住梅溪湖国际大酒店吧。
