新酒店，设备、设施相对较好，房间空间较为宽敞。据说之前是围绕政府消费做的规划，现在8项作风建设什么的，政府没法照顾生意，故而价格一直较为便宜。周边餐饮方便，因为位置的原因，目前停车还是蛮方便的，公交车不便。
