刚开了一个房间里面下水道味道特别大，打了四五个电话给前台，等了差不多20分钟，前台才派人来看了，确认了下水道有问题才给我换房间。服务水平实在是垃圾，看着挺高大上的酒店没想到是这样。

酒店位置很不错，设施～环境也很新，打车也方便，最主要是服务态度特别好，丢失的东西帮着查监控，找到了还给我寄回贵州，下次来长沙还住这。
