酒店环境真的很不错 可是服务很让人生气。明明在网上预定了4天的房间 到了之后就说给我们免费升级一晚 第二天再来续房 然后第二天就和我们说之前网上的订单没有了 就要按照酒店当时的房费付的 多交了一笔钱 肯定没有了啊 因为当天你们酒店都没有确认入住 肯定被取消了啊 心里很不舒服
