误导消费者 知道会员可以延迟退房 所以才办了会员 可是到了退房时间被告知 订单是网上订的 不能延迟退房 那我请问这个会员有什么用 这延迟退房跟会员一点关系都没有 请问现在几个不是在网上订房间啊
