以前住過這次去辦事地方比較近所以選擇這裡。一樓一群打牌抽煙的⋯大廳裡面很亂。前台服務居然找不到我的預訂單，還要自己出示訂單。入住了房間居然打開空調一直吹風（不是熱風）！這也算了，明明設置熱風吹了很久還是冷風，問前台說這一片都是維修沒有熱風空調！這麼冷的天氣不能開空調奇葩，可是問旁邊酒店朋友他們就可以中央空調。害得晚上不能洗澡，第二天果斷換酒店！這種情況不能在入住時候告訴客人嗎？或者你有什麼暖風加熱器提供也可以呀⋯⋯服務水準有問題⋯⋯不會再住了⋯
