我为老婆订的房间，她入住的下午可能是因为阳光比较起来，酒店检修空调把空调停了，但事先未和顾客沟通，刚好那天我老婆身体不适，被冻得躲在被窝里抱热水袋，电话沟通也未能解决。

卫生一般，床上有毛发和污渍，卫生间设施不好，淋浴房门关不严，会渗水出来，服务也不好，加条浴巾还要加收10元钱，我住那么多酒店还是第一次碰到加浴巾要收费的。
