美年酒店之前也住过火车站店，整体感觉性价比较高，德思勤这个店是新店，五楼六楼好像是偏商务类型的，四楼好像是那种海洋风格酒店，也有特色，前台在进门右手边，就在前厅一小面积地方。感觉大厅还是空了一点，不过大厅还不错，蛮显档次，电梯灯我特意拍了一下。自己是搞设计的，灯挺喜欢，房间走道还蛮好看的，我住的是5楼，房间背景墙全部是手工画。画师应该是挺有水平的，一面墙的画还是挺震撼的，房间细节需要加强一下，比如卫生间那个沐浴露有点不好按，还有那个电视机有点不好调，不过打电话马上就过来了帮我处理了，客房大姐笑嘻嘻的，给人感觉不错，
