晚上到达前台。前台小姑娘告知我所预定的房间不含早餐，可是我通过预定的时候显示是有早餐的。小姑娘答复我说她那里的终端显示没有。让我很无语。退房的时候，另外一位小姑娘答复我的问题的时候告诉我，我所预定的房间包含早餐。我告诉她，那怎么补偿我？小姑娘答复我说，反正早餐钱退不了，要不给你一张早餐券吧，可以到任何一家旗下的门店使用。我问小姑娘，如何评价这次销售；小姑娘说你如实评价就是了。答复得很大气！
