住的是特价房，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，卫生干净，地点中心，去地铁站和步行街都不远，各方面都不错，唯一不足的是隔音效果太差，半夜有人在隔壁敲门叫人，非常吵，追求睡眠质量的人还是换个地方吧。
