中午11点还在房间休息，还没有退房，服务员开门闯进来，也没有敲门，吓得我要死，到现在都还不能平静，然后找他们负责人解决，跑到前台跟他们说叫他们主要负责人叫来，然后就回房间去了，我回到房间收拾好行李已经差不多20多分钟在下来，把我撩在前台10多分钟没人来搭理，后面来了之后说话还比较蛮横，你们说这是处理事情的态度嘛？可恶至极，什么破酒店，管理差，服务差，客房卫生差，洗脸盆都有毛发，淋浴开关还有污渍。

位置很棒，在长沙最热闹的步行街五一广场附近，酒店非常好找，屋内设施齐全，非常舒适，餐厅在八层。电梯有门禁，刷房卡才能上去，比较安全。
