这么小的房间房间还那么贵 7楼整层都弥漫着臭袜子的臭味 地毯还是黑的 退款不让退 非要给我换房 这就是星级酒店！

订了亲子房，好舒服，房间很大，干净整洁，服务到位，美中不足离五一街远了一点，可是服务相当好，每天小吃降火茶都放整齐等我们回来享用，遇到服务员还让我们提出哪里不足，这样的酒店服务态度真是太难得了，好亲切，以后来长沙还会订这里
