日式房整体感觉很温馨，收拾的很干净，酒店小姐姐都很热情，入住就送了发卡小礼物，后面出行下雨，酒店还送了小雨伞，11号小姐姐，很贴心，小细节都能帮你想到，客房部清洁大姐杨会军清洁很到位，入住三天，每天都给我们整理的很干净，下次再来，还会选择华美达

酒店环境挺好的 ，住了2晚，很不错。一进去不久酒店服务人员就送上了国庆的月饼和水果 和女友都非常感动 前台小姐姐还赠送了早餐，早餐很赞，11号小姐姐服务态度很好，热情主动。房间面积大，设备很新，位置地段都不错，楼下还有茶颜悦色不错！

千挑万选选择了华美达酒店，住了3晚，好像没有不满意的地方。首先是地理位置好，出了东塘地铁站就能看到对面的酒店，走一段地下通道就过去了，旁边是友谊商城，酒店大堂旁边有个便利店，还有茶颜悦色、书亦烧仙草，附近还有火宫殿（东塘店）……，非常棒。酒店服务到位，4号、15号服务非常细心周到，一入住就送了特色小点心和出行指南，房间设施齐全，备有洗发水护发素沐浴露等等，打扫得很干净……早餐品种丰富，汤粉很好吃。下次来长沙一定会再次选择入住。

酒店位置出于中心地段，外出购物餐饮都很方便，服务员也十分热情，房间面积大，简约且有现代质感大设计， 住宿期间，工号为5号的职员特别好，很耐心的帮助住户解决一些日常问题，这里要给予她一个肯定 十分耐心切专业
