服务太不好了，入住酒店，车停地下停车场，提供了一张免费停车券，却是只提供了免费三个小时的，。因超过三小时，被堵在停车场出口，联系前台，让她解决一下，竟是让我再返回前台拿票，我也是醉了～服务太不到位！

给你们提一个建议，监控系统需要完善，管理需要完善！昨晚的经历是不可思议的，竟然被其他楼层的客人骚扰的需要报警！凌晨一点到三点多，分别四五次受到骚扰，你们给我解释居然是喝醉酒的客人敲错门了，反复四五次敲错我们的门，严重不能接受这样的解释！害得老人不能休息，孩子哭闹不止，希望你们以后加强管理！保安大哥后半夜一直在门外看守着，保安大哥辛苦了！再次感谢你，第二天值班的经理给我解释很多，态度很好，态度比较真诚，也谢谢啦！最后给我免一半房费，也十分有诚意！还是给予好评吧！
