整体不错，位置好，很方便。不过叫做卫生，预约了四次，两次是没有作用，后面两次答应了但是迟迟没来，催了三四次终于才来做卫生了。查房不仔细，出错了，但是后期回访做的不错，能及时调整改正。建议前期服务做好点比后期弥补的好。

我经常住这家酒店，正好碰到国奥队也住在这里，每天都有不少球迷在酒店外等候。这家酒店服务和设施都很不错，房间的感觉很好，尤其是卫生间感觉很棒，是磨砂玻璃门，很独特，另外也没有难看的床罩，而且可以看见新建的体育中心，视野不错。湘菜不错，但粤菜就不太好了。房间可以免费上宽带，大堂是新流行的坐式服务，大堂不大，比较精致和人文，总的来说，性价比还行。
