不管设施如何，酒店都伤害了我作为消费者的感情。
我是第一次使用艺龙，五折大促。因为便宜，然后，我们就只能住在楼下是KTV的五楼房间。被告知要住楼上的房请加钱。我很疑惑如果没有五折大促这个活动，那五楼的房间就永远没有人入住吗
要是你们之前对房型有提示，作为消费者不会上当。
