酒店的位置很尴尬，坐车太近走路太远！性价比不高，就是比较新，很多细节都做不好！洗澡的沐浴露和洗发水是大瓶的！环保还是干啥？还是廉价的味道！我刚住进来马桶的纸巾剩下3圈就直接挂着，我是疯了才选了这个酒店和万达差300块这里还不含早餐，明明定了2个晚上还要重新刷卡！！！这么大一个酒店，借一个体温计都没有！还说刚好借出去了刚好打烂了？？烂梗！！什么鬼服务？？？

这个精品酒店确实不错，不论位置、服务、硬件设施在长沙来说都非常不错，入住体验非常好，真心推荐。1楼还有个小书屋，小文艺气息比较浓
