在艺龙网订豪华大床房并支付178元，到店后，酒店说没有收到艺龙通知，原因是艺龙同酒店并无合作协议。打电话与艺龙网交涉，艺龙与酒店协商同意安排房间，没有所订房型，就改住标准间。
不解：订房后艺龙通过短信告知‘订单酒店确认中’和‘订单酒店确认成功’！
艺龙网与酒店没合作协议，就不要订房和收钱呀！
结账时一次性拖鞋收费2元（差一个收费提示），卫生间洗漱用品全部收费！
