房间是新装修的，有点味道，床够大，离理工大学很近，从窗户往下看就是学校的操场和考试的电苑楼，考试住很合适，房间的隔音效果不太好。晚上边上比较吵，外面放音乐一直到10点多，住28楼都听得很清楚。总体来说还是不错。
