这个天气居然没有空调 酒店前台解释说天气凉快不需要空调 中央空调有没有开是酒店的问题 用不用空调是客人说了算 不是酒店说了算！比经济型酒店还小气 抠门 这样势必影响后面的生意 我是绝对不会再住这种客户体验这么差的酒店了！
