这个酒店美其名曰军区酒店 自己主动接纳非军区的客人 却区别对待 定了一个高级双人床 居然在，30度的天气下 空调为自然风你大厅怎么不自然风？？
房间地下垃圾没有清理干净最恶心的是还有别人的指甲 床单也不太干净 厕所门也是坏的 马桶冲刷按键也是坏的 酒店房间就提供两个牙刷
最主要的是服务太糟糕 前台的样子跟你非住不可似的 真的确定不要去进行一下培训？？床单也不干净不知道怎么说了
希望你们这个店能正视自己是一个服务行业谢谢 服务人员一副欠你钱的样子？客服电话也不礼貌？就这素质真的。知错能改善莫大焉谢谢
