端午小长假入住，因为带小孩所以都是滴滴出行，离市中心也不算太远。早餐很赞，品种口味都非常满意，房间每天早上都会打扫得很干净，一次性用品免费提供，每天都会送水果和零食小礼物。本来只订的两晚，觉得性价比不错把另一家退了又在这续订了一晚，总之还是比较满意的！

极度差评、本来只贴了一包烟的标签，非得说两包烟都贴了，还说我换了一包烟，必须叫我买那包烟，不然不给我退房，你们服务员的失职，还必须叫顾客买单，这么大的酒店，就是为一包烟来坑顾客的吗？这样的酒店谁还敢去，

今天退房时，太他妈的前台耽误我时间了，为一个充电器前两天还了，自己找不到线子，充电头在那边不说，我都说赶不上车子了，还说这也没办法，前两天还了的充电器，前台问题，还硬要把我留在那边耽误我去车站赶车的时间，太坑人了！

酒店位置很好，就在长沙妇幼边上。房间、卫生、服务、早餐都不错。就是那个地下停车位，大量空置的车位不肯停，非要停到那个什么立体停车库，现在两个车库故障，十几个人在这里傻等，酒店也没有任何安慰和解释，马上要赶飞机，被这里气晕。
