酒店设施设备齐全，酒店位置优越位于市中心，附近的医院也很多，离湘雅附二，市妇幼，中心医院，儿童医院都很近，过来看病住这边的话很是方便，服务人员都很亲切见面都会打招呼，很感谢酒店小陈和小黄帮助了我，感谢

酒店设施一般般，房间卫生干净整洁，很舒适，离火车站和五一广场很近还蛮方便的，停车也很方便，地下停车库就是每次出去要拿停车票，办入住的时候服务员很热情，房间还送了一些小吃，退房的时候小王和小灵服务很好，还送了小礼品。

好像是铁路系统的酒店，早餐有点简单，房间的装修风格好像是上个世纪的了，其他都还好，定的房间还带个按摩椅，服务态度还算不错，周边也比较热闹。
