我原本定3月6日的，由于其他原因取消订单，改为3月7日，到店以后前台就告诉我只收到了取消通知，没有预留房间。我打电话给elong，客服人员与前台沟通了半天，前台胡搅蛮缠最后终于承认忘记预留房间了，只好住进了普通房。里面只有无线网，说信号不好他们还不承认，坚持要他们的服务人员上来看，看了之后说信号确实不强，问我要不再换个有宽带的吧，我只好答应，可是一问前台说宽带房间没有了……
