确实是次不太好的体验，首先说空调，中央空调基本上没啥作用，睡前设定25度，一觉醒来室温28度；wifi信号非常差，网页后刷不出来，一栋楼共用两个wifi；前台态度也不好，茶杯被客房当垃圾扔掉，主动跟前台沟通，退房时候前台连道歉都不带，全然不知，一点歉意都没有；给前台打了三次电话，每次都是不耐烦的样子，主动挂电话；总之，入住需谨慎。
