长沙万达文华酒店是我住过最好，最棒的酒店！一到酒店门口，就有帅帅的礼宾小哥过来帮我开车门，拿行李，前台的妹子颜值好高，好专业的，给我办手续的赵倩，非常专业，速度很快，在等电梯的时候碰到了一个穿红衣的漂亮女生，非常热情的跟我打招呼，并积极的帮我拿行李，主动地送我去房间，得知她们有个非常特别的名字叫天使，她告诉她叫王青，聊天过程中她听到我是来和朋友过生日的，立马推荐可以看到湘江的房间给我们，还邀请我们去行政酒廊喝饮料，感觉棒棒哒。第二天和朋友出去完回来，房间里看到了Candy为我们精心准备的蛋糕，还有画着我朋友头像的卡片，超贴心，超感动！顺便我们去了一趟28楼行政酒廊，居然楼上的服务员秦晴也知道是我朋友的生日，热情的招待了我们，这个酒店上上下下都这么关注我们，真心被他们感动了，强烈推荐大家来体验，100个赞??

很惊喜，不知道为什么酒店免费帮我们升级成了套房。酒店卫生很好，服务态度也很好，早餐很好吃，ToTo马桶很好用啊！嗯，前台王婧也很热心，很满意的一次入住。
