首先服务非常不好。一到酒店任何问候没有，给我来了一句：你定的是夜间房不是白天的，晚上10点才能住，找艺龙网退去……，我承认当时没看清，但是为什给顾客带来难堪呢？一个前台服务员和大堂，对我们进行讥讽，我说加钱变成白天房不就行了吗？在此期间酒店并没有提出解决方案，如果订单能退我果断退单，去了这么多酒店从未受过此种遭遇。整个过程非常难受。后来加钱变成了全天房，我们又不是要占你的便宜，只是想尽快办理入住。太失望了。希望酒店对服务人员进行培训，避免这样的事情再次发生。哎。

体验超差的。就在火车站边上，离得特别近。当然也特别吵！！第一天入住给我安排了一个最靠近火车道的房间。暖气有问题，吹出来的是冷风，又冷又吵压根没睡好。说什么也不肯换房，说是满房。最后暖气实在修不好，第二天才给换了房。说是四星级酒店，体验完全不是，还不如快捷酒店。说好的礼包也没送！！谨慎入住！
