这家酒店我之前每次来长沙都住，环境卫生说实话那是没的说，挺好，性价比不错，唯一就是这次前台收银服务员服务态度非常不不行，第一次服务行业态度这么差的，本来我们住了一晚，第天准备续住，房都没退，服务员就给我们把网上房关了卖出去了，住了住这么多次酒店，第一次见到房间都没退就给卖给别人的，而且说话态度特比恶心，哪有这样对客人的，我觉得一个如此性价比好的酒店配上了这样的服务员，也是酒店的损失。
