提前和酒店打电话说我们要晚上11点到，所以提前预定一个有浴缸的房间，酒店那边也确认我们的订单和姓名同意了预定了。结果到了之后发现房间没有浴缸。前台说定的这个价位的房间要不是有窗户要不就是有浴缸，然后又说我们这个房间是既没有窗户也没有浴缸的。然后有自己解释说我们不会把低价位的房间给你们的。这样自相矛盾的措辞说的我无言以对，至于是不是高价住了低价的房间我已经不在乎了，这样的服务我无话可说。当时很晚也没有其他住的地方了，不好意思体验极差，主要是很闹心，明明预定好的结果给了别人。想要一个解释得到的要是希望我们体谅他们酒店，那谁来体谅我们消费者诶，同样是顾客消费同样的价钱，我们得到的服务就要差这么多。前台和我说不好意思，我也说不好意思，那我只能给一个差评了。
