第一次来长沙的就不要住这里了。完全没5星级的享受，大厅很难找，1楼没有接待，商场本来就很大，不是所有的电梯能上26楼，服务前台完全没任何5星级酒店的感觉。我和她说话呢，完全无视我。是完全。这5星级的服务质量也是够了。
