这么好的一家酒店，设施配套居然这么一般，吹风机不好，房内没有小冰箱，没有睡袍，窗帘也不太遮光，就床好一点，睡着比较舒服。住的是佳宾楼，以为就是附楼还是啥的楼，没想到是旁边一幢看起来没什么关系的楼，不是图上的那个楼，酒店早餐还是不错的，东西挺多的，味道也可以

搞笑了！退房的时候，拿押金单去前台，前台的服务员不退押金，说什么房费没收到，真逗，那个酒店可以蠢的只收押金不收房费就拿房卡给客人的！说半天以不给退，说要保证自己的收入，所以押金不给退，因为没收到房费！房都住了，退了，退押金的时候告诉我没收房费，什么破酒店，估计东西被偷了，都没保障，警惕千万别去住了，尤其是经济好的顾客！这个价这个安保这个服务，不值！
