酒店很不错..服务很好，前台杨春和甘熔玮非常热情，感觉很好，位置不错，靠近省政府，酒店旁有地铁，不到200米，非常便利。

酒店服务很好，上档次，尤其前台甘熔玮和杨春都非常热情和主动，门口有智能机器人提供服务，靠近芙蓉路，酒店附200米就有地铁，非常方便，位置不错。

凯莱酒店给人感觉非常好，酒店有高科技机器人帮客人了解酒店信息；前台的主管杨春、向芷慧，经理甘熔玮服务很热情，位置也不错、就在主干道芙蓉路旁边，出酒店不到300米就要地铁站，酒店很大气，，感觉非常好，下次好会选择入住！
