选择凯莱的原因很简单，无非是方便的交通，热情友好的服务，以及舒适的环境，以前去其他城市也是尽量选择凯莱品牌，国企还是挺给力的，希望要再接再厉，用心做好服务才能留住顾客

酒店位置很方便，出门100米就是地铁1号线，晚上很安静，入住感受很舒适，卫生很干净，包括大堂里的洗手间都是很整洁无异味，房间布置得很温馨。酒店的工作人员都很热情礼貌。办事效率很好，响应很积极，前台服务更是让人感觉很温馨，

国庆来长沙旅游定了凯莱…虽不在闹市区，但地铁1号线就在酒店附近，可直达五一广场…酒店设施还是蛮齐全的…小冰箱和熨斗也有配备…房间也蛮干净的…到达的第一天还有手写卡片和小零食…十分贴心…
