很愉快的一次体验，周边几家店都住过，唯有这家店贴心。前台还特意提示说酒店特别为所有网络客人准备了免费洗漱包、水及一次性托鞋，在长沙的其它酒店可享受不到此待遇呀，真心点个赞!

有好有差吧。先说好的，前台人员服务耐心，态度非常好，赞一个。房间打扫的也很用心，脱下来的袜子回来都给洗干净了，非常贴心。不好的是空调，带孩子，长沙降温，那么冷，结果没有暖风，说中央空调自动感温的，还没到那个温度，可能是我土鳖了，还真不知道有这一说。再就是餐厅送餐的那个女的，送个饭上来像欠她钱似的……
