酒店非常不错，看到我带了老人入住，房间提前准备了防滑垫，早餐也挺好吃的，入住时酒店前台一号小姐姐还给我安排了我想靠近电梯的房间，还温馨提示我在房间有什么需求可以找管家，或者服务员，酒店卫生也做得很好，贴心的一号服务员还为我们介绍了长沙的一些景点，如果下次还来长沙，一定再次选择这家酒店。

酒店很不错，卫生干净，做卫生的阿姨很热情，还会帮我洗衣服。每天都会有送水果和搞卫生！住的地方离办事的地方近，服务也好，以后会再来！

非常棒的酒店，房间卫生干净，感谢小袁同学升级到新楼层，还送了酒精用来消毒，房间明亮通透，也送了水果，整体感觉很nice，房间设备设施新，服务好，酒店交通便利，位于市中心，去哪都很方便，小袁同学还给我介绍很多长沙网红店以及路线，感谢她不厌其烦的介绍，很有耐心，赞赞赞??????，酒店到处都有消毒，电梯间里面有消毒卡和消毒时间，让人很放心！

疫情期间住在?湘华天，虽然只开了两层楼，前台丝丝给免费升级房间。客房服务非常好，客房部好像只有肖红一个员工，工作量很大，但每天都把房间整理的干干净净，每天都送有苹果和小吃，很温馨。房间冷，还专门配了暖风机。酒店位置好，位于市中心。酒店门囗都有测体温，还送口罩。早餐简餐很不错，尤其是牛肉粉。
