交通便利，楼下就是公交车站，出行方便，室内卫生干净整洁，但不能说是特价房，就连洗漱的牙刷都不给提供吧，至少要在订房信息上注明，不要误导消费者啊！

第一，靠近马路，隔音比较差，有点吵，连中央空调也好吵！第二上面写的是标准双人家，到店却说是特价房，只给我5楼的房间。二楼是Ktv，三楼是小肥羊！服务员就是不理你，无语了！房内还是可以，只是欺骗客户行为不行啊！

因为在稻田中学参加考试，和朋友网上预定的房间，房间干净整洁，安静，适合安心备考。离砂子塘很近方便，前台和客房的服务都很好。

家人在中医附一住院订的房间，房间清洁，无气味。在了解了是陪护病人后，安排了靠里面的房间和叫醒服务，很贴心。
