房间面积蛮大，但装修有段时日了，略显陈旧，床垫与床板之间容易发出咯吱咯吱的声音，空调和热水器都很给力，但不提供一次性洗漱用品，赠饮水也没有。地理位置不错，对面就是运达中央广场，餐饮选择较大，旁边就是好润佳超市，购物也很方便。
