门锁坏了，耽误半天时间不能出门，还要我们承担开锁钱。网上未说明，到店要我们支付水电费。第二天说房间长租给别人，要我们更换了房间，空调打不开，设施陈旧，史上最奇葩酒店。丢国人脸，丢北京人脸。
