属于部队招待所，离地铁比较近，到五一广场也是的士起步价。周边安静，老的三星级饭店水平。卫生间比较陈旧，住的还行。

交通方便离地铁站近，但设备还是有点旧了，带宝宝出来玩，房间洗澡龙头居还是固定的，那么高冲下来孩子受不了，希望能安装现代款的水管莲蓬头。房间还是很大的，周围吃饭地方挺多的
