大众和艺龙的同房型房间，价格差了50元，打电话咨询，也没弄明白，但酒店说肯定和我艺龙看到的图片一样。决定还是选贵的，想有个保障。到了酒店，给了14楼的房间，有点不解，因为预定网上显示是17-22楼，但前台说一样的。
打开房间，房型应该没错，少了2个单人沙发，也就算了。写字台没有台灯，不方便。住了三晚，头一天去餐厅用早饭，竟然查不到房间信息，好歹带着手机，给领班看了预定信息，也就让我们进去了。
三人房，所有毛巾、拖鞋、洗漱用品都准备2人份的，不方便。第一天正好遇到阿姨在整理房间，就去讨了一份。
前台行李寄存处的工作人员，办事效率低，还自言自语的厉害，回来去行李时，冷冰冰的，还是我主动和他道别致谢。
