差评，差评，差评。首先可以肯定的是酒店前台服务态度还是很好的，没有问题而且积极配合开专票等问题，想解决但是无能为力。2号退房酒店告诉我专票用完了要等到10号以后，月底说这个理由完全能够理解，月头出现这类问题绝对是酒店财务的问题，请问一下间隔这么久个人无法报销酒店会负责任吗？这个漏洞是需要客户来弥补吗？希望这件事情能够有个好的解决办法，前台退房时我也写了意见簿，希望能得到及时的反馈，心里极度不爽，希望同样出差需要报销的同仁大家注意这家酒店，目前其他华天还没碰到类似情况

长沙市很繁华的地段，离火车站很近。交通便利，逛街方便。酒店闹中取静，设施设备齐全，服务比较好，值得再来。
