没有入住还要说我入住了，而且艺龙旅行还不给退钱，跟他们商量退钱，你推我我推你的，这样的软件早就可以封闭了，不保护消费者的利益，而且说火车站走过去10几分钟就够了，订了房间之后，我们下车导航居然还要9公里，太坑了

这个酒店太垃圾了，这个前台就像欠他好多钱一样，一点笑脸都没有，然后房间里什么东西都是要付钱的，还有一点嗯，就是不小心在床单上面，留下一点脏的东西，竟然说要80块钱的清洗费。前台的态度特别差，效率很低，非常非常的慢交通也不方便嗯，然后早餐也是一般般，不是特别好以后肯定不会再到这个地方来了，希望别人也不要过来住，这个地方太垃圾了
