从来没见过这麽大的房间，早餐也很丰富，开窗就能见山，酒店太好住了，第二天请求了一下麻烦前台延迟退房了！太牛了

房间很大，衞生挺乾净的。前台人员服务态度都很热情，停车免费。酒店位置离虞山，方塔都不远开车时间都是10分钟左右就能到。常熟是一座被低估的小城可以无数次来

房间大，床品衞浴舒适，房间里可以远眺虞山风景，前台工作人员热情友好，有洗衣房，停车方便，周边1公里有很多餐饮老店，性价比高。美中不足：
1 酒店电梯楼层显示灯是坏的
2 携程APP和百度上的电话号码是空号，联系酒店只能通过携程
3 衞生间里的剃须专用插座是坏的

设施：
今年新开的酒店，房间很紧凑，设施都非常齐全，非常棒，停车地面也比较宽敞，乾乾净净的酒店，非常方便出行。五月五一期间入住过一次，今天又来很方便，房间很大，适合亲子。
服务：
前台工作人员，客房阿姨都非常好，还会送入住水果，对於合理的要求都会及时响应，做的非常高效，认真负责。对於长者和小朋友很友好。所以再次选择入住，进出常熟和沙家浜周边，游览和吃蟹都很方便。

此星程非彼星程，整体与价格不符地板黑乎乎的，洗漱用品都是劣质，就是前台服务的小妹和早餐非常好，其他的有点那个，差强人意

很好，新的酒店，乾净整齐，和闺蜜一起去常熟过双休日，定的山景家庭房，一间房一个1.8米的床，一个1.35的床，房间很大很宽敞，适合带孩子，带父母来度假
