  设施：设施比较老旧，墙纸剥落的情况比较严重。但空调暖气挺足的。 衞生：打扫的不错。 环境：周边环境不算热闹但也不偏僻，有一些配套设施比如小餐馆等。地面停车场挺大，但酒店有时候有活动，就会造成车辆车位紧张无处停车。 服务：服务中规中矩，会有专人带去客房。房间也有赠送的小食。 早餐比较一般，品种不算少，部分质量很差。为了节约成本购置的劣质食品。例如黄油??居然是植物黄油而非动物黄油。果酱的配料表第一个竟然是葡萄糖浆！具体的配料表更是惨不忍睹，各色添加剂琳琅满目。堪称化学元素周期表。咖啡也不是咖啡豆现磨的，而是提前冲泡好的。

  常熟的酒店明显感觉萧条。当年应该是辉煌过，明显的国营痕迹。房间挺大的，设施虽然旧了，但质感放在那里。就是淋雨水实在太小了。请酒店开大点。有迎宾小点心，酒店还是挺用心的。

  酒店附近有公交站，可以直接去往虞山，沙家浜和尚湖等景点。内部停车场很大适合自驾游客。 装修有年头了但维护的还不错，客房清扫也乾净。每天送的小点心很贴心

  环境挺好的，服务也挺好，房间很大，房间还有水果赠送，特别推荐一楼前台旁边小门出去有个小花园，种了好多肉肉，非常漂亮！酒店早餐也很丰盛！离景区也很近！
