  假期很多人入住虽然排队用了挺长时间，但是接待姑娘还是耐心解释介绍入住的情况和景区门票游玩的问题，知道我们特意来看烟花的 还专门帮我们调成烟花景观房间，还有专门的管家随时提醒游玩时间 吃饭时间之类的，超出预期 还是很满意的。

  设施：基础设施完善 衞生：乾净简洁 环境：大堂很大 多个窗口办理入住 服务：前台办理人员业务能力不强，入住办理等待时间过长，可能是节假日人比较多， 双人太湖演艺城门票【三日不限次入园】:很值得，但是人多的时候很难约的上剧场 就不是很值了 双人龙之梦国际大马戏嘉宾票:节假日当天根本约不上，当天在前台预约等待时间过长，建议可以实施网上提前预约政策

  住的大床房，20层，提前备注了不要电梯房不要尾房。除了房间小了点，其他还都可以接受的。噪音也没有想象中的那么夸张，衞生情况也ok。办理入住的时候会有工作人家添加微信，一直给解答疑问，体验感挺好的。总体来説都不错

  设施：家庭套房两室两衞，空间大一些，放行李小孩跑来跑去也很方便。 衞生：整体还行，沙发上有些陈旧污渍估计清洗不掉吧，我们是提前入住的，进屋的时候刚打扫完。 位置：去演绎城蛮近的，走路就行。去大马戏和动物园需要开车。我们自驾比较方便。 服务：酒店管家小江蛮贴心的，给了我很多建议。原本在大马戏和看烟花之间犹豫不决，小江强烈建议我大马戏，真的很赞！（我们去那天只有低空烟花，没什么亮点） 第二天吃早饭的时候，发现早餐券丢了，幸好小江给我们补了。这事真的很感谢。 酒店客人可以买半价的马戏票，很划算！ 整体酒店门票套餐性价比很高！ 孩子长者都玩得很开心！ 期待下次再来玩！

  房间很满意，我们发现阳台门把手有问题之后管家小江马上给我们换了房间，想要加椅子也马上就给了，服务很积极且迅速，订房备注的高楼层也满足了我的需求。早餐很丰盛，楼顶风景很好，能俯瞰整个龙之梦。就是如果能提供现磨咖啡机，果汁和单面煎的话会更好。下次来还会订这边
