  The hotel though at a good location but a bit far from the main attractions. The facilities are good. As there were too many people the breakfast was not managed well.

  酒店比较安静，自己有点形成小社区的感觉。床还蛮舒服，管家服务尤其贴心，会提前沟通房间的预订，路线的安排，房间东西的增减等。

  设施：钻石酒店住几次了，我觉得是这个度假区最好的酒店，大堂有看老虎，一楼吃喝都有，早餐好吃，娃也喜欢 衞生：还行的，这么多房间这么大的酒店，衞生不是处女座都ok 环境：可以选湖景房，窗外赏心悦目 服务：碰到的工作人员都很nice，然后点名表扬我的管家果果，有求必应，事无钜细服务！赞

  房间满意，很大，没有异味。酒店自助餐好吃。也非常乾净。酒店里有小吃，纪念品商店，还有白虎动物园。非常好玩。服务人员耐心热情。非常谢谢小管家果果，有问题响应很快，对客人有耐心。周围景点众多，古镇小吃表演好看，烟花??漂亮。冰雪小镇宝宝玩的很开心，马戏团??表演很大气恢弘。建议早点去抢位。还会再去这个乐园，并入住这家酒店。

  元旦出游，人有点多，前台入住排了很久的队，不过前台小姐姐服务很耐心。房间也很满意，乾净整洁，阳台能看到白虎，要是住西区就更好了，离白虎更近一些。入住时加了管家的微信，这个服务特别方便，入住、游玩注意事项都能微信发给我，管家小乔回覆消息很及时，服务很周到，还送了一次性浴缸套给我们！
