酒店被茶园环绕，旁边水塘凉亭好评，出去就是公交车站可以直达南山竹海，自驾更加方便。酒店内装修古色古香，服务周到，有书法室，也有茶室，很值得再来。

环境幽美，出门就是茶山 早起可以 跑跑步，早餐很喜欢， 去得第一天晚上都喝大了 ，一早有专门的阿姨送早餐到房间，非常赞。粥 鸡蛋 包子 小咸菜 玉米。 非常健康。

酒店离御水温泉只有2km，处在山岭之中，非常安静。周边山坡种满茶树，可以爬上高处远眺天目湖…酒店有室外专用停车场，十几辆车位。酒店以茶文化为特色，客房以一年节气民名并作主题，装修现代简约并点缀字画等饰品独有匠心，很有设计感。酒店设备齐全，公共部位有电梯，客房有地暖、空调、淋浴房及浴缸…客房大多为清水混凝土墙面配以清水木装修，大门为锈板装饰面，给人一种祥和清冷和平静的感觉。本人住小满房间，为大满意^_^。酒店使用服务管家，亲自带房间，提供御水温泉、南山竹海、天目湖等景点折扣券。最令人感动的是前台提出非周末时段或者客房较为空闲时段可主动免费送早餐至客房。总之值得再次惠顾。

酒店很不错，很喜欢酒店内部的设计，比较简洁大气，管理笑容很甜，酒店外部景色也很不错，很有特色的名宿，就是服务可以在提高点就更好了
